Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Whop, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Your card or bank statement may show the charge under Whop.
We never see or store your full card details.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
Duties and Taxes
All prices include any import duties. You will never be asked to pay customs fees or duties on delivery.
Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is currently free on all US orders.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken when you place your order. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been completed successfully. If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be confirmed.
Price Changes
Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in line with our Return and Refund Policy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take up to 7 days for a refund to appear.

If something is wrong with your order or payment, please contact us first so we can put it right quickly. We may challenge chargebacks that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or unjustified.
